Eichakeem L. McClary joined Vandenberg & Feliu, LLP as an associate in December 2009. Ms. McClary’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation, employment and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McClary was an associate at DLA Piper LLP (US) where her practice focused on corporate compliance, securities and general commercial matters.
Ms. McClary is a graduate of the New York University School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor and Article and Note Editor on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, and Co-Chair of the Black Allied Law Students Association Admissions Committee. Prior to law school, Ms. McClary worked for three years in human resources and compensation management, including one year as a human resources consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and two years as a Compensation Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Ms. McClary is heavily involved in pro bono matters and was a 2007 and 2008 recipient of the New York State Bar Association’s Empire State Counsel award for her outstanding pro bono contributions.
