Danielle Fischer is Of Counsel to Vandenberg & Feliu, LLP, and an associate with Kevin Matz & Associates PLLC, where her practice is principally devoted to domestic and international estate and tax planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
Ms. Fischer has advised clients regarding probate avoidance trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and special needs trusts, and she has helped clients create limited liability companies, charitable remainder trusts, and qualified residence trusts.
She is a graduate of George Washington University Law School, where she was a staff member on The Environmental Lawyer and a Dean’s Fellow.
Previously, Ms. Fischer was an associate attorney with Constantine Cannon – Roy M. Adams & Associates PLLC. She also was a vice president and trust officer with West Coast Trust in Portland, Oregon, and she practiced law at the Portland office of Bullivant Houser Bailey PC. She also earned a Certified Trust and Financial Adviser (CTFA) designation in 2006 from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Prior to law school, Ms. Fischer worked as a publications editor at Portland State University and was a reporter at the Geauga Times Leader in Chardon, Ohio. She lives in Manhattan.
